Contract Sales
Coldwell Banker Heart of America takes every necessary step to be of assistance to our clients, in the purchase of their home. Even if our client has a glitch or two on their credit record! Coldwell Banker Heart of America has averaged over 50 contract sales a year over the past six years. The program allows clients to purchase a home 1-2 years earlier than through conventional means.
1. Program Parameters
a. The program requires a down payment of $4,000.00 or 5% of the purchase price, whichever is more
b. There is a $2,700.00 origination fee which is financed into the contract
c. They must pay a non-refundable application fee of $225.00
2. Pre-Qualify the applicants - Jeff Wulbrun will refer you to a loan officer who will pre-qualify you for a “contract sale.”
3. The purchase agreement - The purchase agreement may be negotiated by you with Jeff Wulbrun as your “buyer’s agent.”
4. Final “contract sale” interest rate & payment programs will be discussed privately between Jeff Wulbrun and client.
