Meet Jeff Wulbrun
Jeff has established himself as one of the top agents in the Bloomington/Normal area over the past ten years. Jeff's sales volume and productivity during this time has earned him numerous distinctions and awards both locally and nationally with Coldwell Banker Realtors. Jeff is involved in over 50 limited liability companies and general partnerships, whose holdings include single family homes, multi-family units, commercial properties, restaurants, a mortgage company and hotels. Jeff serves as managing partner in several of these entities and is also President and Owner of Distinctive Designs, a residential construction company in the Bloomington and Peoria markets. Jeff's insights have assisted his clients in forming the proper legal entity for their businesses, financing options, lease documents, amortization options and projection of cash flow.
Prior to entering the real estate profession, Jeff served as an assistant basketball coach at the University of California for 7 years and Illinois State University for 4 years. His coaching experience enabled him to travel around the world, coach Olympians and NBA standouts Kevin Johnson and Jason Kidd, and participate in 7 NCAA and NIT Tournaments.
Jeff, his wife Jennie, a lifetime resident of Bloomington/Normal, and their two children, Kendall-10, Jared-9, love to call Bloomington/Normal home.
